In the rare occasion that you may experience a warranty issue we will endeavour to ship your required parts same day.
Access to our expert technicians is always readily available to assist with any problems you may incur. Wear parts such as ropes are not covered under warranty but we will gladly dispatch the desired products when required. Our machines are manufactured with off the shelf components, and all these are kept in stock. These in turn are easily sourced from a specialist electrical suppliers so this will avoid lengthy part turnaround times.
